How can I pay for a tour?

Due to support from our funders, tours are being offered at no cost however a donation to the Indigenous Garden to support the ongoing operations is greatly appreciated. What is the Cancellation Policy?

Cancellations with 48 hours notice will be reimbursed with a 20% administration fee. Cancellations for groups of 5 or more will require 7 days notice for reimbursement. In cases where visitors are unable to attend, we invite you to reschedule for another tour date.

Does the weather affect the tours?

Tours are held in all weather conditions including light rain. In situations where the weather is not suitable, visitors will be notified by email and an option for fee reimbursement or rescheduling will be available. 

What should I bring?

We suggest that you dress for the weather - heat, wind, showers. We would recommend that you bring water to drink, a hat and a layer of clothing.
